BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Provision of your Holiday
We will arrange for the provision of all parts of the inclusive holiday as confirmed to you. There is no holiday booked until you have received a confirmation invoice. An invoice will normally only be sent after a deposit is received. This invoice acts as our confirmation of the booking conditions and your holiday is then secured. All holidays are subject to availability.
Price Guarantee
Greencard reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. However the price quoted on the confirmation invoice is the price you will pay. On the Greencard Asian Amateur Tour events the brochure price would only be altered by changes to Govt taxes. We charge 4% on all credit card transactions. We guarantee that there will be no other surcharges. Prices are quoted in US$ and the exchange rate used is $1 = 35 Thai Baht. Should the exchange rate change Greencard reserves the right to alter the prices of the Thai events commensurately.
Insurance
By booking a Greencard Asian Amateur Golf Tour event we assume that you have your own travel insurance. Your signature on the booking form is taken by us to imply that you have adequate insurance. Greencard will not be responsible should you travel without insurance.
Your Commitment to Us
The full amount of the holiday must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the holiday being cancelled and cancellation charges outlined below would be effective.
Changing Your Holiday
If you wish to make changes to your holiday you must be prepared to pay the additional costs, if any, involved. Greencard will at all times endeavour to accommodate your requests at minimum cost. After changes have been made a new invoice will be issued.
Cancelling Your Holiday
If you need to cancel your holiday you must notify Greencard in writing or by fax. The cancellation date will be the date on which Greencard receives written notification. The following cancellation charges will apply.

Complaints
If you encounter a problem with an aspect of your holiday you must notify the provider (hotel, golf course etc) immediately to enable him to rectify the problem. If you are unable to obtain satisfaction you must notify the Greencard representative. If in spite of our best efforts we were unable to resolve the problem you must notify us in writing within 28 days of your return. We cannot accept responsibility if you fail to follow this procedure.
Our Commitment to You
Changes to your Holiday
If we make a significant change to your holiday (change of hotel, change of date, change of more than 1 golf course) you will be notified as soon as we are aware. Should you wish to cancel at that stage there would be a 100% refund.
Minor changes such as tee times, twin beds instead of king etc., must be considered in the context of the overall holiday. Supplements paid for upgrades that were not provided will of course be refunded.
Greencard will at all times endeavour to provide the holiday as promised in the brochure.
If We Cancel Your Holiday
There will be a 100% refund of all monies paid. If the cancellation takes place within 42 days of departure, Greencard will undertake to provide an acceptable alternative. Should we fail in this endeavour we will provide compensation up to a maximum of $100 per person or 15% of the total holiday cost whichever is the lower.
Our Responsibility
Greencard will endeavour to provide the holiday as booked. Should our agents, suppliers, or we fail to provide the promised service then Greencard accepts overall responsibility provided that the complaint procedure above has been followed. Exceptions are damage to personal possessions in transit and late arrival at ports, airports or golf courses. Or when antisocial behaviour precludes our agent from wishing to provide a service (ie for being drunk or abusive).
We accept responsibility for death, bodily harm or illness as a result of failing to perform any part of our contract. The exceptions being where the client failed to take adequate travel insurance cover as described in our travel policy.
Important Information
Delays
Greencard cannot accept responsibility for delays and associated costs of delay by an airline The travel insurance policy provides compensation for significant delays and curtailment.
Accommodation
While we endeavour to provide the very best for our clients we cannot be held responsible for a poor view, twin beds instead of double, unless such request has been made at the time of booking and made clear that it is a condition of booking. Please also bear in mind that sports facilities offered by hotels may not always be available due to previous bookings or maintenance.
Golf Arrangements
Should tee times and courses change we will endeavour to ensure your satisfaction but it must be understood that in some cases courses could be closed at short notice. Should more than 1 of your courses be changed we would consider that a major change to your holiday and you would be offered a chance to cancel without loss.
Greencard reserves the right to alter any aspect of this brochure but only after an invoice has been issued according to the above terms and conditions.
