Conditions of Entry

Book Before End Of February and Save $50 per person.

We recognise that payment across borders without a credit card is difficult.  We will therefore accept payment on arrival at the event provided that we have seen proof of your flight details.  Simply e mail us a copy of your flight e ticket and we will accept your booking on trust.  Payment must be in full on arrival in either US$ or Thai Baht.

All players must have a recognised club or affiliated society handicap.  If you do not have a handicap then we recommend you sign up with www.truehandicap.com.  This is a simple method of logging your scores and obtaining a handicap. Once you have entered 5 scores you have an official handicap, but it will be quite low.  Log in 20 cards and you will have a True handicap.  You may still play in the competitions without a genuine handicap but you will not be eligible for prizes.  Of course the rounds you play will count towards your handicap.

The maximum handicap allowed in the tournaments is 21.  If your handicap is higher you can still play but 21 is maximum.

When we receive your entry we will send you a short questionnaire about the event. Do you need extra nights? King bed or Twin? Sea View? Flight Arrival & Departure Times etc. When you have returned the Questionnaire we will send you an invoice.  This is the sum that must be paid in full on arrival at the hotel. 

You can also pay by direct bank transfer into our bank account in Thailand or by credit card. Credit card payments will be surcharged by 3%. If paying by bank transfer please retain the proof of transfer.

About 2 weeks before each event you will receive the start sheets for the first two rounds and details of your transfer from the airport if required.  Also a room list detailing type of room booked and how many nights. It is your responsibility to check that it is correct.

All entrants must have an e mail address as this is the only form of communication for tournament details.
